Required Documentation:

You may be asked to supply your mortgage specialist with a selection of the documents listed below.

» Last 2 Years W-2's from all employers
» Paystubs from last 30 days (must include YTD totals)
» Social Security Awards Letter or 1009G (pension income)
» Bank Statements on all accounts for the most recent 2 months
» Statements of Other Asset Accounts
» 401(k) Statement
» Bankruptcy Discharge and All Schedules
» Copy of filed Divorce Decree
» Copies of leases on all rental properties owned
» Last 2 years Tax Returns signed & dated
» Mortgage Company or Landlord's name, address, phone #, Acct #
» HUD Settlement Statement from the sale of a previous home
» Letter of explanation regarding any issue that needs to be detailed
» Proof of any paid or disputed credit items

For Self Employed Borrowers:

» Year To Date Profit & Loss
» Copy of Business License, DBA or Articles of Incorporation
» Length of Operation Letter from CPA

For a Purchase:

» Purchase Contract signed by all parties
» Insurance Agent's name and phone number
» Statements on all revolving and monthly installments
» Realtor's name and phone number

For a Refinance:

» Mortgage coupon book or monthly statement
» Property Tax Statement/Assessor's Bill
» Homeowners Insurance Agent's Name and Phone Number
» Statements on all revolving and monthly installments
» Location of your abstract or most recent title company used
